Utilizing breathwork, creative visualization, and color, we now have the capacity to update our holographic awareness from moments of trauma and overwhelm and to demonstrate our innate capacity to, not alter our perception of linear time, but to dissolve the holographic metaphors or containers of consciousness created through trauma which, though protective in nature, leave us trapped in the 95% believing that we are still experiencing these traumatic or overwhelming events. When freed of the emotional constraints of the past from trauma, we can be truly mindful and more fully present. If the holographic fragment of the corrected image contains the whole, we have the capacity use our unique biogenetic, holographic key to transmit proof of safety to the bodymind. I later came to recognize color as our most readily available primary, natural clean language resource that is spontaneously generated by our innate holographic projection system to address these breaches in the flow of consciousness from trauma. The goal in trauma resolution, therefore, is not to change historical memory, but to release the affective attachments which activate the fight, flight, freeze response and maintain and resurrect the physiologies of the past when triggered.
Holographic Memory Resolution® (HMR®), a mind‐based therapy, has been used for decades as a nonpharmacologic intervention for trauma imprinting to alleviate depression, anxiety, pain, and post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). No clinical studies were found examining the use of HMR®. This study examined the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of administering HMR® to individuals experiencing chronic pain and related bio-psychosocial symptoms. Study concluded that HMR® may be a feasible intervention to address chronic pain and accompanying biopsychosocial symptoms; a randomized controlled trial is the next step to measure efficacy. Unlike other mind‐based therapies, HMR® participants use their own internal language for identification and resolution of the pain. The trauma imprinting can then be gently addressed, and the memory‐ based components of pain resolved or reduced, which empowers participants to improve their well‐being....more
The "Holographic Memory Resolution® Memory Mapping Software" was the result of twenty years of exploration
and search for methods of providing safe somatic access and opportunity for neutralizing the emotional charge of memory-based
physical and emotional pain.
I playfully term myself a “psycho-archaeologist” because I developed HMR using the research principles gleaned from my years
of excavation in the Middle East from 1979-1992. Freud had an antiquities collection and used archaeology as a metaphor to explain
the role of the subconscious with respect to the power of trauma. He stated that there are events which exert a “determining quality”
or “traumatic power” over us which must be understood if we are to fully grasp who we are.

In this article I draw upon my experience as an archaeologist, scripture professor, counselor, and trauma specialist. Even in the ancient texts do we find a great deal of attention directed to understanding the origins and experience of our separation from ourselves and from Source. These lessons speak to the wisdom inherent in our nature that offers us the remarkable opportunity to gain mastery of our states of consciousness. In the genius of our design we discover the capacity to clarify our decision-making and manifest the Edenic existence that comes with the dissolution of shame and dissociation: the by-product of trauma imprinting in our personal and collective evolution. ...more
The following “newsletter,” composed in two parts, holds reflections arising out of urgent need and in response to the terrorist attacks of September 11th and was intended to offer hope and facilitate coping with the various triggers emergent in the aftermath of these events. This unparalleled tragedy impacted us personally and collectively in ways that mandate an updated understanding of trauma and its influence on the psyche. The invitation to embrace the new healing paradigm is imminent with the expanding repercussions of these events and the degree of societal and psycho-spiritual dissociation they reveal. New strategies arise under such duress and afford us opportunities for personal and societal transformation.

This article is an effort to address the confusion about the healing challenge that we all face. The scope of Holographic Memory Resolution® and the new information about the functioning of the nervous system indicate that we are all alive today precisely because of our “built-in” ability to freeze and store memory: to disassociate from our pain. This function of the autonomic nervous system in conjunction with the endocrine system allows us to survive the most overwhelming moments of our lives, storing our most negative feelings/affect within our holographic perception until we are ready or able to deal with it. ...more
In this article we examine some important considerations in understanding the relationship between memory and “disease.” Much that is so easily labeled illness is the shadow of memory imprinting in the bodymind. When we “emotionally reframe” certain experiences and bring light to these moments of pain, we discover that they often diminish and may even resolve when the flow of consciousness is fully restored. ...more
