HOLOGRAPHIC MEMORY RESOLUTION®

LEVELS OF TRAINING

LEVEL ONE

Simple, Single Event/Scene Trauma; Multiple Memories

Training at Level One includes the following:  History of trauma resolution, redefinition of "trauma", reframing of the traditional psychopathology model through the lens of trauma, study of the newest findings regarding the dynamics of trauma induction and resolution, verbal and auditory (listening) skills, detailed review of the verbal technique and its goals, introduction to the most common solutions, initial training in somatic cueing and the nervous system support technique, review of techniques for fostering access to trauma memories, self-care exercises and recommendations, and an overview of training and certification.

LEVEL TWO

"Layered" Memories (Sub-Memories), Complex Memory Sequences, Disease Patterns, Archetypal Trauma, Belief-System Distortions, and Cultural Traumas.

Training at Level Two includes additional verbal and manual skills development to enhance the client's access and resolution of more complex trauma patterns. This training involves learning to follow the client's own process which discloses how the trauma is woven into his/her psyche. Pervasive, repeated, overwhelming experiences lead to a level encoding that is far more potent than single-scene trauma. Memories may "connect" and associate themselves in the subconscious forming a "level-two" trauma pattern or part. Repeated trauma experiences are often interconnected in patterns and cannot be resolved without the whole pattern being addressed. Discussion of both the more complex and the more subtle patterns of trauma induction are discussed.  Level Two also focuses on strategies for part integration while providing enhanced safety and grounding. This level of training addresses the impact of the biochemical-electrical imprints of trauma on the immune, endocrine, and autonomic nervous systems, looking at the impact of pervasive trauma on the bodymind. Introduction to new exercises designed to foster resolution of Level Two trauma is provided. Additional recommendations are made for self-care, supervision, and possible referral.

LEVEL THREE

Trauma to the Core (Spiritual) Belief System, Dissociative Disorders, Spiritual Trauma, Mapping Disease Etiology Via Memories, Review of Complex Solutions, Integration Exercises

Level Three training focuses on enhanced safety and complex skills development, crisis intervention, and additional resource development while maintaining client-centered focus on empowerment and grounding. Resources and alternatives are provided for addressing this more complex portion of the trauma continuum.  These interventions assist in addressing the damage to the core beliefs of the individual - the fundamental experience of his/her own worth and goodness, which has been severely and repeatedly compromised. The extreme end of the trauma continuum often reflects systematic, repeated, multiple-perpetration, or even ritualized abuse patterns. A review and update on the adaptation of the HMR process for the resolution of "trauma-generated" illness is also provided. New interventions strategies are reviewed and demonstrated which provide for further integration of "fragmented ego-states" and "parts" after Level One and Level Two trauma work have already been done. Case reviews of more complex patterns are provided. A certain level of understanding of human psychology is recommended for certification at Level Three.
